Mount Somers Honey & Vanilla

After finishing the first pot, I had to order two more. The vanilla gives a lovely addition to this smooth gentle flavoured honey, without the vanilla being overbearing

I make a homemade granola every week and this week I added the Honey & Vanilla as a sweetener and it was absolutely delicious! I will be adding this honey to my next batch for sure!!
