I have been using this amazing dark honey for as long as it became available. On toast and in sandwiches, In cooking as a healthy tasty alternative to sugars ,it adds a rich flavour without being too sweet.Very soothing to have a little if you have a sore throat.Good alternative face mask. Oh my word, it's yum!
This is one of those flavours you aren't sure will work. But oh yes it works! Fantastic on toast, stunning with boiled or fresh carrots and added to a stir fry brings a fresh flavour to the dish. My only complaint is that I can't get it in bigger bucket!
