Mount Somers Honey & Lime

So glad I found this honey! I love it in my herbal tea and on my yoghurt. Can't wait to try more flavours.

Honey & lime makes so much sense, it is absolutely perfect for savoury dishes which require a sweetener and lime juice like many stir fry recipes.

Of course work's in desserts too, I imagine this would be the perfect in a raw key lime tart! So versatile.

Amazing paired with coconut and drizzled with chocolate. Amazing addition to green tea to cure those sweet cravings.

Really enjoyed this flavour, was a great addition in baking as brought a zesty sweetness- I used it in granola which was delish!
