    Oh my word, it's yum!

    This is one of those flavours you aren't sure will work. But oh yes it works! Fantastic on toast, stunning with boiled or fresh carrots and added to a stir fry brings a fresh flavour to the dish. My only complaint is that I can't get it in bigger bucket!

    The ginger adds a lovely dimension but is not too strong or overpowering. We enjoyed this in a hot drink and in baking (ginger bread and carrot cake)
