I have been using this amazing dark honey for as long as it became available. On toast and in sandwiches, In cooking as a healthy tasty alternative to sugars ,it adds a rich flavour without being too sweet.Very soothing to have a little if you have a sore throat.Good alternative face mask. Such a multi useful Manuka honey and always the same high grade product.
