Honey I'm Home! This zingy cocktail gives us some serious tropical vibes... created by the talented bartenders at Soul Bar & Bistro and featuring Mount Somers Honey & Lime, this is the perfect drink for a sunny day!
INGREDIENTS:
30ml Finlandia Grapefruit Vodka
30ml Zubrowka
30ml Mount Somers Honey & Lime Syrup (make this by mixing 2 parts honey to 1 part hot water)
15ml Passionfruit Puree
30ml Lime Juice
5 Mint Leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin, shake hard, and double strain into a glass with a large ice cube. Grate cinnamon over the top and garnish with a mint sprig. Voila!
